Road Safety

Remember in primary school, you had to attend a Road Safety course?

STOP, LOOK & WALK

That is the basis of Road Safety.

The roads outside the backgate of the school leads up to the HIGHWAY. Motorist will tend to speed up along those roads. So, PLEASE do not attempt to DASH or JAYWALK across the roads while the RED man is on.

DO NOT - DASH/JAYWALK across the road.

DO - wait for the GREEN man to come on. Then, look RIGHT, look LEFT and look RIGHT again before crossing.

DO NOT - cross the road when the GREEN man is blinking. For those who are already walking, quicken up your pace when you see the GREEN man blinking.

Walk safely and responsibly. It's not only your life that is at stake.

Lights, Cameras and It's Showtime! - Part Three

Onto the Semi-Finals we come! As posted on June 20, our first group - Little Genie (小精灵) was voted into the Semi-Finals. The team went for the recording of the show on Friday, 18 Aug and WE BLEW THE COMPETITION AWAY! We were OUTSTANDING! Effects, story and music. I won't reveal much but look out for the effects. We got a IMPRESSIVE score of 28.0 from the judges! So, please please please please please please vote for our school's team! Get them into the FINALS!

The Secondary 3 team is on this Tuesday, 22/8/2006, on Channel 8, 8pm. Do support them by voting.

Their group name is called 小精灵 (Little Genie) and their performance theme is about Numbers. Call 1900-112-2003 or SMS S3 71199 to support the team.

Next, the school earned a profit, get that, PROFIT of FIFTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS from the Westwood Carnival 06. HIP HIP HOORAY ! HIP HIP HOORAY ! HIP HIP ... HOORAAY !!

The school also held its annual Footdrill Competition, with the SJAB winning top prize and BB & the NPCC coming in second and third respectively!
